St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System Acquires Patients Medical Center
St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System announced the acquisition of Patients Medical Center (4600 E. Sam Houston Parkway), a 61-bed acute care hospital located in Pasadena.
The hospital, St. Luke’s fourth joint venture, offers inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services to residents of Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, Baytown and Clear Lake. With a mission to provide high-quality patient care in the communities it serves, the hospital has experienced successful business operations and favorable patient satisfaction ratings since its opening in 2007.

St. Luke’s holds a 51 percent interest in Patients Medical Center, which will continue to manage its day-to-day hospital operations while providing the faith-based, compassionate care for which St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System is known for.
