St. Luke's Hospital at The Vintage will join HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Cypress, Grace Care Center of Cypress and other members of the community to host the “Living Well in Cy-Fair Expo” on April 27 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The “Living Well in Cy-Fair Expo” is designed to assist individuals of all ages, at-risk adults, persons with disabilities and their families/caregivers in achieving safe, healthy, independent and self-reliant lives. The Cy-Fair community event will offer free health screenings, information and resources from a variety of wellness exhibitors. All activities are FREE and open to the public.
