Advance registration is encouraged. Any cancellation and request for refund must be submitted in writing or emailed and postmarked on or before September 30, 2013. A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be made after October 4, 2013. If circumstances necessitate the cancellation of this symposium, registration fees will be refunded in full.
